Description

Those in accounting at PwC will focus on managing financial records, analysing data, and assisting in compliance with accounting standards. You will play a crucial role in providing accurate financial information and insights to support decision-making.Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate. The Opportunity
As part of the Finance team you are expected to oversee and manage a team providing technical accounting guidance in areas such as financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and cost control. As a Senior Manager you are expected to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are also responsible for managing the firm's monthly general ledger closing process, developing reliable methods to enhance the reliability of financial statements, and coaching and leading a team.

What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- 6 years of experience in a finance role within a finance/accounting organization

- Broad understanding of SAP financial system
- Managing technical accounting guidance for global consulting firms
- Overseeing monthly general ledger closing process
- Developing methods to enhance financial statement reliability

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
