We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking IT professional to join our team as an AI Email/Systems Engineer. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing and updating workflows that automate the creation and maintenance of Outlook distribution lists using PowerShell, with a focus on large-scale enterprise environments. You will play a critical part in modernizing our communications infrastructure, leveraging AI, Power BI, PowerAutomate, and CoPilot Agents to deliver efficient and adaptive solutions for a dynamic organization of 40,000 users.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain PowerShell scripts to dynamically build and update Outlook distribution lists, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational changes.
• Integrate backend data feeds from Remedy and SQL databases to automate group management processes.
• Monitor and optimize email group workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability within an Exchange Server 2019 or SE Edition environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for workflow modernization and automation using AI technologies, Power BI, PowerAutomate, and CoPilot Agents.
• Contribute to the development and deployment of agentic AI solutions that enhance automation and decision-making capabilities across the enterprise.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and document workflow issues, ensuring compliance with security and operational standards.

What you have

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with PowerShell scripting and Graph API for workflow automation in large-scale environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Exchange Server 2019 or SE Edition, including distribution list management.
• Strong understanding of integrating data from SQL and Remedy platforms.
• Solid problem-solving abilities and a track record of delivering reliable, maintainable solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leveraging Power BI and PowerAutomate for workflow visualization and automation.
• Familiarity with CoPilot Agents and their application in modernizing IT processes.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI concepts and building AI-enabled automation agents.
• Ability to identify and implement innovative approaches using emerging technologies.
