UBS SECURITIES LLC is seeking an Associate Director, Global Banking in New York, NY.

We're looking for an Associate Director, Global Banking to:

• Provide integrated secondary advisory and primary fundraising solutions for general partner and financial sponsor clients across various asset classes including private equity, growth equity, venture capital, infrastructure, credit and real estate.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses on various financial sponsors, their funds, strategies, underlying investors and respective portfolio companies. Engage in complex advisory and fundraising assignments including structuring, marketing and executing sponsor-led secondary transactions through all phases of the deal process.
• Develop pitch book presentations to explain industry trends, market updates and discuss client options and recommend strategies to meet client goals across the private capital spectrum.
• Assist in the preparation of transaction marketing materials including financial models, confidential information memorandums, teasers, process letters, term sheets and supplemental marketing materials at both the sponsor and company level. Support the logistics of capital raising and investor due diligence processes. Identify and meet client needs while coordinating and working alongside colleagues and investors.
• Can work hybrid (In-office/remote).

Salary & Work Schedule: $200,000 to $275,000 Per Year, 40 hrs/wk. The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your expertise
Education & Experience Requirement
• This position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or related field of study plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or as an Analyst, or related occupation.

Position requires experience with the following:
• private equity secondary market and other alternative asset classes
• financial modeling and valuation techniques; reading and interpreting financial statements
• utilizing financial services industry databases and tools including Capital IQ, Pregin, Burgiss and FactSet
• interfacing with both clients and investors, and developing solutions to meet client needs; pitching various alternative liquidity solutions to financial sponsors
• preparing data room materials; tracking investor outreach and managing investor diligence processes
• building detailed training modules on continuation fund and other sponsor-led secondary mechanics; managing vehicle allocations

Salary information
