Your role
UBS Business Solutions US LLC is seeking an Associate Director, Quant Analyst, Product Owner in Weehawken, NJ.

We're looking for an Associate Director, Quant Analyst, Product Owner to:

• Develop and implement quantitative methodologies for probability of default (PD) and loss-given-default (LGD) modeling for the Securities Based Lending portfolio. Build and test credit risk models using Python or R, process large volumes of financial data to estimate scenario consistent loses and risk weighted assets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to explain risk models and support decision-making with ad-hoc analyses.
• Adapt the input and outputs of risk model code to fit the strategic UBS cloud system. Update the inner workings of implementations to ensure a robust and error-free environment.
• Collaborate with other model developers and communicate with key stakeholders, including IT, project management, and internal validation teams to accomplish goals within a highly matrixed organization.
• Can work hybrid (In-office/remote).

Salary & Work Schedule: $140,000 to $153,000 Per Year, 40 hrs/wk. The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your expertise
Education & Experience Requirement
• This position requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (any), Finance, Econometrics, Statistics or related field of study plus four (4) years of experience in the job offered or as a Quantitative Analyst, Finance Analyst, Senior Quantitative Analyst, Junior Advisor, or related occupation.

Position requires experience with the following:
• Margin lending products; stochastic calculus; computational simulations
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining credit risk models; R or Python; equity-linked structured products
• Mutual funds and hedge funds; quantitative risk management; financial mathematics
• Implementing prototype models; scenario consistent losses and risk weighted assets forecasting

Salary information
