Your role
UBS Business Solutions US LLC is seeking an Associate Director, Tech Delivery Manager in New York, NY.

We're looking for an Associate Director, Tech Delivery Manager to:

• Promote the overall stability of systems through system monitoring, proper change control management, and implementation of best practices to maintain production environment.
• Identify gaps in critical applications and collaborate with application engineering teams to remediate them.
• Establish the root causes of application errors and escalate serious concerns to respective teams.
• Provide front-end support to clients and colleagues in other departments.
• Deliver a full range of services to FX business and geographic regions.
• Provide Trading Floor coverage.
• Functionally manage Business Continuity Management (BCM) sceneries.
• Collaborate with the application development team to define long term solutions to solve problems at their root.

Salary & Work Schedule: $155,000 to $157,000 Per Year, 40 hrs/wk. The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your expertise
Education & Experience Requirement

• This position requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as a Computer Systems Analyst, Senior Production Support Engineer, Associate Consultant, or related occupation.

Alternate Education & Experience Requirement

• The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as a Computer Systems Analyst, Senior Production Support Engineer, Associate Consultant, or related occupation.

Position requires experience with the following:

• FX investment banking business; Unix or Linux; Sybase, Oracle, or SQL; Splunk
• coding, testing, and implementing production fixes; automating repeated of manual tasks
• performing trend analysis reporting
• end-to-end application support
• root cause analysis; ticketing tools, such as ServiceNow
