Your role
Are you truly service oriented? Do you know how to take care of people?
We're looking for a Branch Technology Liaison to:
•ensure the technical health of the branch by performing and supporting all necessary infrastructure related activities
•be the initial point of contact for all office and end-user technology issues; including tracking these items in a WM US database for data capture and trend analysis
•own the responsibility for all necessary systems and access control for new hires and terminations
•communicate technology infrastructure incidents, rollouts and planned outages to all branch users
•be the liaison and point of contact for the Service Group, Divisional Technology Liaisons teams when needing to further troubleshoot or follow-up on outstanding end user issues
•support all technology rollouts and initiatives
•provide onboarding support for all new employees from a technology perspective
•assist users with set up and training of all mobile applications including remote access, O365 and ongoing support as needed
•prepare the office and personnel for all scheduled power domain and infrastructure weekend activities
•track all end-user hardware on an ongoing basis (machines, monitors, printers, etc)
•coordinate and schedule all technician and technology-related vendor visits
•be the "voice" regarding emerging issues based on FA/CSA user experience
Client Service Associate
Secondary role in addition to your primary role
Anticipated workload split: 90% primary role, 10% CSA role
In addition to performing your primary role within the office, we are looking for individuals who can fulfill the required responsibility of the client service associate as defined as:
•keeping management systems up to date with client information
•educating clients on account services and capabilities
•assisting with resolving client issues, questions, and requests related to their accounts
•helping with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
•performing all tasks related to Client Operations (account opening and maintenance, funds distribution, etc.)
•participating in team projects and meetings
•completing firm-initiated projects

Your team
You'll be working on a team in Atlanta, GA. As a BTL, you will receive BTL training and ongoing daily support in this role from your Divisional Technology Liaison. Our goal is to support our Financial Advisor teams and field leadership to provide them with the technological infrastructure and production stability necessary to drive and grow their business.
Your expertise
• ideally 2+ years of office and industry experience
•Bachelor's Degree preferred
•excellent communicator, written and verbal
•proactive and organized
•detail oriented and value accuracy
•knowledge of the personal computer (PC), Windows operating system and Microsoft Office software
•general understanding of how the branch office technology works and how to troubleshoot when issues arise
•ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities when demands of both roles conflict with each other
