Your role
Are you skilled in business analysis that enables change and impact? Do you have the proven ability to analyze processes, products and services to enhance the business model & drive results? Are you skilled at identifying business development opportunities and executing on sales strategies to enable scalable growth?

We're looking for a business analyst to:

• Oversee day-to-day aspects of a complex, decentralized sales organization; prioritize and translate corporate strategy and guidance into engaging campaigns that are relevant & tactical for field leaders, advisors and clients
• Assist with field engagement initiatives & events (AME/ Mkt Exec meetings, interfacing with product teams to compile field-facing opportunities/messaging for field leaders/FAs, etc.)
• Identify areas of future growth, communicate with field leaders/advisors to find replicable NNM best practices/success stories, develop strategies to capture the opportunity at stake (welcome creativity!) and partner with key stakeholders on execution
• Assist with creating and / or distributing reporting for the markets (financial Net New Money reports, P&L reviews, teaming, FA accolades, FA compensation, recruiting / retention, regional sales initiatives, client event lists, etc.)
• Involvement in senior level projects / analysis including but not limited to: leadership council rankings, Division Director monthly performance
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards and regulatory requirements; identify opportunities to improve our processes and recommend changes

Your team
You'll be working in the Central Region Leadership team in Weehawken NJ. The Region Team is responsible for all business management & growth functions in the ~70 office locations across the division (incl. sales (profit and volume growth), finance, HR, admin, supervisory, real estate, etc.). We work closely with leadership teams and home office partners to drive firm strategy and grow our business. As a business analyst, you'll play an important role in ensuring the success of our Central Region field leadership teams & advisors.

Your expertise
• ideally 1-2 years of experience in a strategist or analyst role
• project management experience & event execution skills
• proficient in excel and power point; any experience leveraging AI technology tools is a plus
• excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor style to your audience
• inquisitive, able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New Jersey - Weehawken min USD 80000 - max USD 100000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
