A Client Associate services clients and provides operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors. This role requires the employee to be fully registered. Must have at least 5 years of industry experience.

We're looking for a Registered Client Service Associate to:

• keep management systems up-to-date with client information
• educate clients on account services and capabilities
• help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
• plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
• provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities, daily weekly and monthly
• Leverage communication channels to enhance relationships with clients
• Identify and report process improvements in your own work scope

Detailed salary information:
• Pasadena: the salary range for this role is $60000 to $70000

Your team
You'll be working with a dynamic, growing team in Pasadena benefiting our clients by offering all the firm has to offer. As a client service Associate, you'll play an important role within the team leading client service focus.

Your expertise
• series 7 and 66 licenses (preferred)
• ideally 5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• bachelor's or master`s degree (preferred), focusing on day to day client service
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
