Your role

We're looking for a Client Associate to:

•keep management systems up to date with client information
•educate clients on account services and capabilities
•assist with resolving client issues, questions, and requests related to their accounts
•help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
•perform all tasks related to Client Operations (account opening and maintenance, funds distribution, etc.)
•participate in team projects and meetings
•complete firm-initiated projects

Your expertise
• ideally 2+ years of office and industry experience
•Bachelor's Degree preferred
•excellent communicator, written and verbal
•proactive and organized
•detail oriented and value accuracy
