Your role
Are you truly service oriented? Do you know how to take care of people? We're looking for someone who can provide operational support to UBS's Corporate Cash Management Team.
You will be responsible to:
- keep management systems up to date with client information
- educate clients on account services and capabilities
- help with onboarding clients and servicing large institutional relationships
- collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service request
- Purchase and manage all money market mutual funds buy/sells for the team

Your team
You will be working on the operational team supporting five portfolio managers. You will actively work with the team's five traders on this 28-person team located in Chicago, IL. This role is in office five days/week.

The Corporate Cash Management Team located in our downtown Chicago office is part of Wealth Management Americas. Our team delivers separately managed, fixed income investment portfolios for corporate, institutional, and High Net Worth clients.

Your expertise
Your expertise
• SIE, series 7 and 66 licenses preferred (if not registered must obtain within 180 days)
• ideally 2-7 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• bachelor's degree required
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary range for this role is $75,000 - $100,000 and is bonus eligible
