Our new Client Associate will play a significant role in our client's Wealth Management needs and will be a member of our Operations Group - ensuring all administrative tasks are completed at a world-class level.
We're looking for a Client Service Associate to:
• be an Administrative partner helping families build amazing lives of significance - connecting their wealth to the people they love and the causes they care about
• provide best-in-class client experience through active communication, anticipation and fulfillment of needs, exceptional attention to detail, and quick inquiry resolution
• onboard and maintain client accounts, optimize operational efficiencies, process incoming/outgoing wires and charitable gifts, cash management, and key information documentation
• perform administrative duties that support daily business practices, such as telephone coverage, business travel arrangements, meeting coordination, expense reports, and team calendar management
• support team's business development efforts by maintaining marketing materials, including digital and social media platforms, and planning client events

Detailed salary information:
• Wayzata: the salary range for this role is $55000 to $60000

You'll be working as part of Shafer Block Wealth Management in our Wayzata, MN office. We believe in Total Family Wealth. Each of our team members plays an integral role in helping clients achieve their financial goals. As a Client Associate, you'll play an important role providing excellent service to our Financial Advisors and clients.

Your expertise
You have:
- bachelor's degree or equivalent, focusing on finance, communication, or business
- series 7 and 66 licenses or willingness to obtain after hire
- Ideally 5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector.

You are:
- an excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
- committed to providing top-notch client service
- comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
