Your team
Based in St. Paul, MN, you will work within a collaborative, team based support model that balances individual ownership with shared coverage. This role plays an important part in keeping the advisory team operating smoothly by ensuring advisors and clients receive consistent, reliable support. This shared approach helps distribute workloads thoughtfully, maintain continuity for clients, and support a positive, well functioning team environment.

Your expertise
You have:
- bachelor's degree or equivalent, focusing on finance, communication, or business
- series 7 and 66 licenses or willingness to obtain after hire
- Ideally 5 years of experience in client service

You are:
- an excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
- committed to providing top-notch client service
- comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
