Your role
Are you highly motivated and experienced? We're looking for a Client Associate to join our nationally recognized Private Wealth Management team who has a strong professional presence that can confidently represent the team, build trusted relationships, and collaborate effectively within a large, dynamic group. Your key responsibilities will be:
• Act as a relationship manager for top tier clients, ensuring a high touch, personalized experience while proactively anticipating client needs.
• Collaborate closely with team members to deliver seamless client service and support internal operational workflows.
• Manage and coordinate client meeting calendars, including scheduling, confirmations, and follow ups.
• Oversee all aspects of client onboarding, account maintenance, and service requests with precision, responsiveness, and confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and up to date client records and documentation.

Your team
You'll be based in our Richmond, VA office, as part of Wealth Management Americas. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them.

Your expertise
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite systems.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and care when handling sensitive client information.
• Licensing Requirements: SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 required within the first six months of employment.
