As a Client Relationship Specialist (CRS), you have the opportunity to bring your passion for customer service to a role and a firm that will champion your growth in the financial services industry. You'll play a critical role in the operational success of this local Schwab branch, under the guidance of your Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager, both of whom you will assist to help deliver an unparalleled client experience. Development and growth are at the core of this role. In the Branch Network at Schwab, you have both a clear growth path as well as endless opportunities to challenge yourself and deepen your expertise . Although licensing isn't required for the role, Schwab will support you to become licensed in the Series 7 and 63/66 if that is in line with your career goals. What you have

We place a premium on high performance, quality service and the ability to execute the Schwab strategy. Essential skills include:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work related experience
• A valid and active Series 7 license is required (may be obtained under a condition of employment)
• A valid and active Series 63 license is required (may be obtained under a condition of employment)
• Notary preferred
• Minimum 12 months in a client service industry
• Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts
• Demonstrated experience handling client concerns and issues with tact and diplomacy
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
• Ability to manage multiple client situations, needs and inquiries simultaneously
• Need be able to build and maintain good cross enterprise working relationships
