Schwab's Cybersecurity team is a first line of defense for Schwab. In this Cloud Security Operations role, you will join the Cloud Security Operations Team as a central point of contact for Schwab Cybersecurity Services and act as a resource for technology related to cloud security controls.
The successful candidate's primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to operational support for the Firm's SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM), Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), and Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) Platforms. Other successful qualities include:
- Resilient, self-starter, able to work with limited supervision, and able to work well with others in a team environment.
- Excellent English verbal and written communications skills with the ability to partner and collaborate with other teams effectively across the enterprise.
What you have
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in Cybersecurity
- 1+ years' experience in a large-scale enterprise level with:
- Change management and implementation
- Drift monitoring and alerting
- Root cause analysis
- System analysis
- Incident handling
- Requirements gathering
- Basic proficiency in creating and optimizing metrics, log analysis, and creating cohesive, audience-focused reporting and dashboards from disparate and diverse data sources.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in policy analysis and tuning
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code frameworks such as: Terraform, CloudFormation, and Kubernetes.
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
