As a Compensation Advisor Senior within PNC's Human Resources organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

This position will support PNC's Technology Organization.

This position is primarily based in a location within PNC's footprint.

Job Description

• Leads in the design, implementation and administration of organizational employees' base salary, incentives, sales and executive compensation.
• Conducting job analysis, job evaluations and salary increase reviews to ensure employees get the right pay.
• Ensures the effectiveness of existing compensation policies and procedures and recommending plan revisions to compete with market trends. Consults with and provides compensation recommendations and strategies to business partners based on various factors, such as market trends and peer equity analysis, to remain competitive and equitable, as well as attract and retain talent.
• Creates and prepares reports and presentations for the purpose of providing written support and/or conveying information to senior management.
• Ensures compliance with internal controls and procedures in support overall organizational financial and operational soundness.
• Coaches and mentors other team members on compensation philosophy, procedures and analytical needs; Assists management team in training new staff.
