Advise clients on optimizing their marketing performance and operating model, launching a new solution or providing insights on marketing cost reduction. Advise clients on customer segmentation, and personalization strategies by leveraging data-driven insights, advanced analytics, AI, and automation tools. Support the assessment and implementation of enterprise marketing technology platforms and tools (e.g. Adobe Suite, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Ads, Customer Data Platforms, etc.). Develop robust marketing data strategies and measurement frameworks to enable end-to-end marketing activities and data analysis. Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional value creation and driving new business initiatives. Support cross-functional teams and oversee the seamless execution of marketing transformation initiatives. Manage expectations of client service delivery. Advise on current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business.
Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.
Must have 4 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: marketing consulting, a marketing role, and/or executing strategic marketing projects.
Must have 4 years of experience in customer and marketing strategy, marketing operations, and/or customer data and technology.
Must have 4 years of experience in 2 of the following specialties: segmentation, new growth and go-to-market strategies, marketing ROI calculation, marketing operating model, marketing cost reduction, brand strategy, customer data management, and/or marketing technology.
Must have 4 years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing leading practices, processes and technologies to help drive customer-centric solutions while reinventing their marketing strategy and operating model.
Must have 4 years of experience working in marketing, customer-driven and growth projects within a combination of at least two of the following industries: Technology, telecom, media, entertainment, consumer products, and/or retail industry.
Must have 3 years of experience supporting business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle, including leading RFP responses.
Must have 3 years of experience leading cross-functional project teams across multiple work site locations, and managing a team of consulting and marketing professionals, including direct reports, by providing structured, on-the-job feedback.
Must have 3 years of experience with 2 of the following: Agile Organization Development, Business case development, design systems development and documentation, and/or digital strategy.
Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs.

The base salary for this job is $200,845.00 per year. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
