We are seeking a Director of Enterprise Architecture Practices to lead the development and execution of our enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring strong alignment with business objectives, and driving the evolution of our architecture practices.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee Enterprise Architecture as a practice, continuously evolving it to deliver optimal outcomes by enhancing architecture processes, methods, frameworks, and the operating model.
• Lead the definition and maintenance of the enterprise Technology Strategy.
• Drive the development and sustainment of Blueprints for each Line of Business, ensuring alignment with both Business and Technology Strategies.
• Apply your technical expertise and architectural leadership to address complex, multi-year transformation activities, strategic programs, projects, and platform decisions.

What you have

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of leadership experience across enterprise architecture, solution/application architecture, software engineering, or related technical leadership roles.
• Strong technical foundation in software development, with demonstrated progression into application, solution, and enterprise architecture leadership.
• Proven experience establishing, leading, or evolving an Enterprise Architecture function within a large, complex organization.
• Demonstrated ability to define and execute enterprise-wide technology strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Experience driving enterprise architecture governance at strategic, blueprint, and initiative levels.
• Broad, hands-on knowledge of modern enterprise technology landscapes, including cloud platforms, distributed systems, integration, security, middleware, and infrastructure architecture.
• Executive-level communication skills, with a proven track record of influencing senior leaders and driving alignment on complex technology decisions.
• Strong people leadership capabilities, including building, mentoring, and leading high-performing architecture and technical teams.
• Proven ability to operate effectively across all organizational levels, from engineering teams through executive leadership.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
• Background in leading or influencing large scale, multi-year enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Experience establishing and operating Enterprise Architecture frameworks to support Strategy-to-Execution value stream.
• Experience shaping architecture strategy that directly supports business growth, scalability, and resiliency.
