UBS SECURITIES LLC is seeking a Director, Global Banking in San Francisco, CA.

We're looking for a Director, Global Banking to:

• Perform quantitative analysis and advise on M&A and capital markets investment process. Be responsible for financial budgets and key performance indicators.
• Develop pitch book presentations to explain industry trends, discuss client options, and recommend strategies to meet client goals. Identify and meet client needs, coordinating and working alongside colleagues and investors.
• Increase the returns of products and services and generate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward.
• Create partnerships by increasing depth and breadth of existing client relationships.
• Oversee and plan resource requirements by recruiting, developing and retaining talented individuals.
• Make sound and balanced judgments within professional, ethical, regulatory and legal standards. Provide a vision of shared goals and represent the organization internally and externally.
• Maintain internal cross-functional and cross-divisional client relationships.

Salary & Work Schedule: $275,000 to $280,000 Per Year, 40 hrs/wk. The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your expertise
Education & Experience Requirement
• This position requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management Science and Technology Management, Corporate Finance, or a related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as a Financial Analyst, Operations Analyst, Trader, Associate, or a related occupation.

Alternate Education & Experience Requirement

• The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management Science and Technology Management, Corporate Finance, or a related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as a Financial Analyst, Operations Analyst, Trader, Associate, or a related occupation.

Position requires experience with the following:

• Advanced financial modeling including valuation analyses; Quantitative and financial analysis
• Advanced Corporate Accounting; Statistical skills including interpreting and using historical data to forecast performance, sensitivity and regression analyses, and variability, distributions and correlation for benchmarking and comps
• Valuation skills including discounted cash flow (free cash flow build, weighted average cost of capital, and terminal value methods), LBO modelling, and triangulating valuation across multiple methodologies; Managing complex projects
• CapIQ and FactSet; Technology, Media, and Telecom Investment Banking; Mergers and Acquisition execution
• Microsoft Excel; FINRA Series 63 License; FINRA Series 79 License
