- Extensive background in Investment Management, with a strong understanding of multi-asset class investment processes in the front office.
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-year projects allied to deep familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in implementing Agile practices within large teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) / Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or equivalent experience in a related field.
