Job Description:Director, Investor Center Partnerships
The Role
The Investor Center Partnerships is part of Fidelity Real Estate Company and encompasses the firm's retail portfolio which includes 217 branches, spans across 38 states and the District of Columbia, and occupies roughly 1.7 million SF.
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director of Project Delivery to manage a program of capital projects from initiation through closeout. The Director works closely with several internal and external teams including Wealth Leadership, Transactions, Design, Finance, Operations, Security, Technology, Procurement, and vendor partners to execute and manage solutions, implement new concepts, and ensures on-time and on-budget project delivery for the Investor Centers. Collaboration with all the teams is essential to success!
The Director will manage a team of internal and external resources, stakeholders, and vendors.
This role reports to the Vice President, Investor Center Partnerships.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Transformational leader who drives process improvement and accountability.
- Expert problem solver with experience in site selection, due diligence, lease analysis, and design to provide a comprehensive perspective to drive end-to-end project execution.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple capital projects and ability to provide strategic oversight to ensure alignment with objectives, program standards, budgets, and schedules. Identify risks, develop mitigations and contingencies, partners with and manages municipal agencies or authorities having jurisdictions ('AHJ') to eliminate or reduce project hurdles.
- Experience creating comprehensive budgets and cost estimates aligned with scope, schedule, and program standards. Review bids to recommend vendor awards.
- Track progress of each project against goals, approved budgets, and timelines. Develop and present cogent reporting on all activities to key real estate and business unit partners.
- 10+ years of construction or project management experience with increasing responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree in business, project or construction management, engineering, or other related areas. Graduate degree or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with either Procore, MS Excel (advance), MS Project, Kahua, PMWeb, or TriRiga
Other Requirements
- Ability to be onsite at Fidelity locations a minimum of 50% of the time.
- Ability to travel up to 35% of the time.

Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
