You will be responsible for providing guidance on financial systems implementation, process automation, and financial shared services.

As part of the Finance Consulting team you will lead financial planning and analysis initiatives within the insurance sector. As a Manager you will supervise and develop teams, mentor junior staff, and secure the delivery of quality financial insights that drive strategic decision-making. What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 6 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Master's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Finance preferred

- Certified Public Accountant preferred

- Understanding financial planning and analysis principles

- Analyzing and interpreting financial data for insights

- Working effectively with cross-functional teams

- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

- Knowledge of insurance products and pricing models

- Identifying trends in financial data through variance analysis

- Familiarity with insurance regulatory requirements and compliance

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
