Your role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to
• join our banking platform application development team
• develop best-in-class applications using the latest cloud technologies
• work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth
• develop new features and infrastructure development in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements
• ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful application design
• work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities

Your team
You'll be working in the WMA IT Banking Technology team. You'll be an integral part of a global team working with associates located in North America, Europe, and India. We
• own Banking technology platform entire suite of applications and products supporting business with - sales, marketing, client onboarding, core banking, lending, mortgage, payments, cards, and servicing
• are a Technology Function fully dedicated to supporting the Wealth Management Americas (WMA) Business and its IT Application Service Lines
• are a metrics driven organization governed by a set of mature KPIs and Processes

Your expertise
• ideally 10+ years of experience building large-scale software applications
• experience building large distribute applications using event driver micro services architecture
• experience in developing event driven micro services using Java, Spring Boot, Spring boot and Azure cloud native services such as Azure functions
• experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs as well as event driven microservices
• experience with containerization with tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• experience with cloud native development using Azure native services such as functions, APIM, data grid, confluent Kafka etc
• strong knowledge and experience working in any RDBMS database like Postgres, MySQL, and Azure SQL
• excellent debugging and optimization skills
• init/integration testing experience
• knowledge of PostgreSQL DB
• ansible playbook for deployment
• exposure to web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST, XML, JSON)
• experience using React, Redux
• understanding of advanced CSS (CSS3, SASS, LESS)
• knowledge of distributed computing and low-latency, multithreaded solutions
• developing microservices, , multi-threaded design, batch systems, and database design
• experience in DevOps
