Description
At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. In Esri consulting at PwC, you will focus on utilising Esri's software suite, such as ArcGIS, to analyse, manage, and visualise geographic data. Your work will involve working in fields such as urban planning, environmental management, natural resource exploration, transportation, and other related fields.Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate. You are expected to solve through complexity, ask thoughtful questions, and clearly communicate how things fit together. Your ability to develop and sustain high performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, and your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our Firm.

The Opportunity
As part of the Esri Consulting team you shall manage efforts in consulting, designing, and implementing GIS applications-based solutions. As a Senior Manager you lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You participate in the improvement of business processes, leverage GIS application modules, and understand the common issues facing PwC's clients in the Power and Utilities Sector. You also supervise teams to create an atmosphere of trust, seek diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation, and provide direction to less-experienced staff.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
