The EY Global Talent Intelligence team provide Talent Intelligence products, analysis, and recommendations to EY business and talent leaders across all service lines and geographies, addressing research questions throughout the talent lifecycle. Our consultative approach blends competitive intelligence with data science to refine and implement EY workforce strategies and initiatives effectively. Our team's work is centered around understanding the external global workforce and connecting this back to specific EY talent questions and situations.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Talent Intelligence Lead to join our Talent Insights & Analytics team. In this role, you will play a critical part in advancing our Talent Intelligence capabilities by applying advanced statistical analysis, machine learning, and behavioural science techniques. You will work closely with EY business and talent leaders to provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive strategic workforce decisions. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of Talent Intelligence, leveraging a vast array of data and cutting-edge methodologies to solve complex talent-related challenges.
About You
You are a passionate and innovative behavioural scientist with a strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning, and Talent Intelligence. You have a proven track record of applying these skills to solve real-world business problems and are adept at translating complex data into actionable insights. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited about the opportunity to work with a diverse team of experts to drive EY's talent strategy forward.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced behavioural science methodologies to enhance EY's Talent Intelligence capabilities.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and machine learning to identify trends, patterns, and insights within the global talent landscape.
- Collaborate with EY business and talent leaders to understand their needs and provide tailored Talent Intelligence solutions.
- Develop and deliver Talent Intelligence products, reports, and presentations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
- Use consulting skills to engage with stakeholders, understand their challenges, and provide strategic Talent Intelligence solutions.
- Apply critical thinking to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Utilize data storytelling techniques to present data in a compelling and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in behavioural science, statistical analysis, and machine learning to continuously improve our methodologies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the our team.
- Advanced degree (PhD or Master's) in Behavioural Science, Psychology, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in statistical analysis, machine learning, and behavioural science, preferably within a Talent Intelligence or related context.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar for data analysis and machine learning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven consulting skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders and provide strategic solutions.
- Strong critical thinking abilities to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Expertise in data storytelling to present data in a compelling and understandable manner.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for leveraging data to drive strategic business decisions.
The compensation ranges below are provided in order to comply with United States pay transparency laws. Other geographies will follow their local salary guidelines, which may not be a direct conversion of published US salary ranges. - We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $125,900 to $235,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $151,100 to $267,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
- Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
- Under our flexible vacation policy, you'll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You'll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
