Your role
Are you passionate about equipping individuals with the skills to lead, inspire, and motivate teams to
drive organizational success? Do you have great judgment on how to grow and develop field leaders?

We're seeking someone like this who can:

• partner with key stakeholders to identify training and development needs based on business demands, current skill gaps, and future requirements
• develop potential solutions for learning needs by analyzing situations, identifying problems, and developing creative solutions
• design and develop training programs that are aligned with business goals and deliver actionable learning outcomes
• develop training content for both in-person and virtual training sessions including factsheets, quick cards, show flows, briefing documents, and evaluation forms
• manage logistics for training sessions along with budget, time, and resources
• build training schedules and maintain training records with proper set-up and tracking of attendance in a Learning Management System
• analyze participant feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed
• collaborate with stakeholders and build strong relationships to understand training needs and
expectations

• Weehawken, New York: the salary range for this role is $90000 to $120000

Your team
You'll be working within our WM US Chief Administrative Office (CAO) as part of our Teaming & Talent Development (TTD) organization reporting to the Head of Training Strategy and Delivery. Teaming & Talent Development delivers high-impact programs and resources to enhance the skills, behaviors, and capabilities of Field Leaders, Financial Advisors, Team Associates, and their teams.

By providing these comprehensive tools and learning opportunities, TTD equips the Field with the
means to drive asset growth, recruit and retain top talent, and ensure an exceptional client experience. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of field leadership development in Wealth Management.

Your expertise
• strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, along with expertise in training and development
• proactive, critical thinker with a collaborative personality
• strong planner focused on organization and details, with no problem delivering against tight
deadlines
• experience in Financial Services is a plus as is a basic knowledge of the Wealth Management business
