Your role
Do you have a strong track record in Advisory sales or investment consulting? Are you passionate about equity markets? Do you enjoy partnering with clients to deliver and monetize solutions? Can you operate autonomously while managing growth targets?
We're looking for a HOLT Salesperson to:
• integrate and monetize HOLT tools and data within the investment processes of the world's largest institutional investors
• lead cross-functional teams to provide HOLT coverage for US-based hedge funds, asset managers, pension funds, and quantitative funds
• collaborate with leaders across the UBS Sales & Trading floor to identify and partner with key clients of the firm
• drive end-to-end client lifecycle management, including setting commercial expectations and becoming a strategic partner for senior stakeholders at large, sophisticated clients
• contribute meaningfully to the unique culture of the HOLT and UBS organizations

• New York: the salary range for this role is $225000 to $242500

Your team
You will be part of a highly innovative and collaborative team within UBS. You will interact daily with your sales colleagues and the HOLT research team to deliver HOLT-based investment insights to your clients and prospects. You will also engage with the broader UBS platform to leverage client relationships and deliver HOLT-based solutions.
Your expertise
• 5+ years of experience in institutional sales, equity research, investment management, or consulting
• strong verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and comfort presenting to senior stakeholders
• a passion for equity markets and building a process-driven approach to investing
• collaborative and personable, with a demonstrated ability to manage parallel workstreams in a high-paced, dynamic environment
• highly motivated self-starter with attention to detail and a thoughtful approach to client management
• experience working with hedge funds and understanding of the industry a strong preference
• CFA charterholder, CPA title, or progress toward either is a strong preference
