Your role
• Serving as the NFR subject matter expert for Americas ICLS, identifying and assessing regulatory and operational risks across the Client Lifecycle Management in the IB
• Driving sustainable remediation strategies and partnering with ICLS teams to close risk issues.
• Coordinating with global teams to monitor and report on risk remediation progress.
• Leading and supporting internal / external audits, ensuring timely, high-quality responses across AML/KYC and related regulatory domains.
• Managing risk governance forums, including preparation of high-impact risk decks and tracking of resulting actions.
• Delivering closure packs for NFR issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Championing automation and AI-driven solutions to enhance NFR management capabilities.

• New York: the salary range for this role is $151000 to $194000

Your team
You'll be part of the IB Ops ICLS Risk & Control team based in New York City, working closely with Compliance, Internal Audit, FinCrime, Legal, and Regulatory stakeholders, as well as internal partners across the IB and ICLS organization.
Your expertise
We're looking for:
• Proven experience (10+ years) in banking or consultancy, with deep knowledge of NFR frameworks, AML/KYC, and US regulatory environments.
• Strong audit management, stakeholder engagement skills and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical and organizational capabilities, with a high attention to detail.
• Skilled in using automation and business intelligence tools including Alteryx, Power Suite, Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint, and AI technologies.
• Track record of delivering process improvements and projects to deliver data-driven Non-Financial Risk assessments.
• Consultancy skills, experience in conducting analysis and delivering high-impact outputs; is considered an asset.

• Results-driven, with a strategic mindset and hands-on execution ability.
• Comfortable navigating complexity and driving clarity in risk environments.
• Skilled at working independently and thrive as a collaborative member of a team or POD structure
