Description
At PwC, our people in audit and assurance focus on providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and other assurable information enhancing the credibility and reliability of this information with a variety of stakeholders. They evaluate compliance with regulations including assessing governance and risk management processes and related controls. Those in internal audit at PwC help build, optimise and deliver end-to-end internal audit services to clients in all industries. This includes IA function setup and transformation, co-sourcing, outsourcing and managed services, using AI and other risk technology and delivery models. IA capabilities are combined with other industry and technical expertise, in areas like cyber, forensics and compliance, to address the full spectrum of risks. This helps organisations to harness the power of IA to help the organisation protect value and navigate disruption, and obtain confidence to take risks to power growth.Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity, you are comfortable when the path forward isn't clear, you ask questions, and you use these moments as opportunities to grow.

As part of the Enterprise Risk and Controls team you shall provide services related to process and controls, risk assessment, and controls testing methodologies across the 3 lines of defense. As a Senior Associate you shall analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain senior standards. You shall focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating increasingly complex situations, and growing your personal brand and technical knowledge.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Management Information Systems, Management Information Systems & Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Accounting & Technology
- 2 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- CPA License, CISA or CIA
- Thorough knowledge of process and controls, risk assessment
- Knowledge in financial reporting and IT management controls
- Knowledge of corporate governance and Sarbanes Oxley Act
- Experience in financial and operational fraud risk management
- Familiarity with anti-corruption and anti-bribery controls
- Proficiency in current and emerging technologies in controls
- Understanding of COSO Framework, CoBIT, and other frameworks
- Proven record in various industry sectors

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
