We're looking for an Investment Banking Associate to:

• Develop pitch book presentations to explain industry trends, discuss client options and recommend strategies to meet client goals
• Generate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward
• Identify and meet client needs, coordinating and working alongside senior colleagues and investors
• Create and analyze financial models
• Spot problems, generate options and recommend solutions (you're a contingency planner by nature)
• Manage and support the development of junior investment bankers

• San Francisco: the salary range for this role is $187500 to $212500

Your team
You'll be working in the technology team in San Francisco. Our team is responsible for growing market share cross the technology industry, foster strong relationships across the market, and collaborating with teams across UBS globally. You'll play an important role in advising clients on a range of market and strategic matters, including enhancing value for and growing the shareholder base, raising capital, and strategic advisory.

Your expertise
• Good understanding and hands-on exposure to technology investment banking
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration or similar
• Solid financial analysis skills, with the ability to produce accurate presentation material quickly
• Adaptable, able to seamlessly transition between multiple topic areas like software, semiconductors, and tech-enabled services
• Driven and creative with exemplary integrity
