Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in web-based CMS platforms
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
- Experience designing within a CMS or similar enablement platforms is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX and branding work
Preferred Skills
- Video editing experience is a huge plus
- Familiarity with instructional design or adult learning principles is a plus
- Experience working in a large organization with many stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
Responsibilities
We're seeking a creative and strategic Experience Designer to join our Sales Enablement team. This role will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and visual design of our sales enablement programs. You'll collaborate closely with instructional designers and global stakeholders to ensure our enablement content is intuitive, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design for Sales Enablement Platforms
- Design and optimize user interfaces within our sales enablement platforms to enhance usability and engagement.
- Develop wireframes, and design mockups for enablement programs and content layouts.
- Analyze user analytics and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across devices and platforms.
Branding & Visual Design Support
- Collaborate with global sales and marketing teams to support branding initiatives.
- Create visual assets (logos, presentations and templates) that align with corporate brand guidelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with instructional designers to translate learning objectives into intuitive design experiences.
- Work with sales operations and content managers to ensure seamless integration of design into workflows.
- Advocate for design best practices and user-centered thinking across the team.
About the team
Sales Excellence Content & Design is a multidisciplinary enablement team focused on crafting strategic go-to-market content, impactful training, and intuitive design experiences. We empower sales professionals throughout the buyer journey with resources that are visually engaging, instructional, and performance-driven-continuously optimizing our approach through data insights and emerging enablement technologies.
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $107,600.00 - $156,200.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody's also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
