The Opportunity
As part of the Data and Analytics team you will develop and implement innovative IBM MDM solutions that drive data management initiatives. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your knowledge in master data management and data quality frameworks to mentor junior team members and build meaningful client relationships while navigating complex challenges.
Responsibilities
- Maintain adherence to data quality frameworks and industry standards
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive data initiatives
- Navigate and manage ambiguity in project requirements
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Computer Science preferred
- Certifications in IBM MDM, AWS Certified Data Analytics, Azure Data Engineer Associate, Teradata, SQL databases, and DevOps tools preferred
- Demonstrating leadership in developing IBM MDM solutions
- Working with cross-functional teams for technical solutions
- Implementing data quality and governance policies
- Troubleshooting MDM implementation and data quality issues
- Utilizing and being proficient ETL tools for data management processes
- Integrating MDM solutions with cloud platforms
- Participating in code reviews for compliance
- Expertise in IBM MDM development and implementation
- Strong understanding of master data management and data quality frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Strong SQL skills for database management and data manipulation

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
