UBS is seeking individuals like you to participate in our SkillBridge training program. Only transitioning services members approved for DOD SkillBridge will be considered

• take responsibility for delivering smaller projects or workstreams with a focus on high-quality outcomes
• engage in ongoing tracking and review of project health and performance, reporting progress and recommending changes
• structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them
• synthesize complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations
• communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders across GWM Americas, in a structured manner
• work effectively with diverse teams to develop the best solution
• actively contribute to the strategy and ambitions of Group Internal Consulting

• Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $80000 to $100000

Your team
Group Internal Consulting (GIC) is UBS's internal consultant unit. We are a driven and diverse team with over 700 people present in 4 regions across the globe. Part of the Group Integration Office (GIO), we work in close partnership with all divisions and functions to drive integration, transformation and change across UBS, supporting the firm in achieving its strategic goals. Our focus is on delivering high-quality services, with fast onboarding, leveraging institutional knowledge. Your expertise
• a University degree, higher education, or equivalent qualifications
• ideally 2+ years of relevant experience in project, strategy, change, or business management roles1
• initial experience solving business problems and liaising with clients throughout the entire project lifecycle
• analytical and conceptual skillset with a problem-solving, pragmatic attitude
• familiarity with key operating model aspects and processes of financial institutions, coupled with hands-on experience in executing optimization projects
• good banking process and product knowledge in Wealth Management
• strong written communication and presentation skills as well as experience in collaborating with various stakeholders across different hierarchy levels
