The Role

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• 3+ years of experience analyzing data, developing reporting capabilities, and delivering insights to inform business decisions
• An analytical mindset with a range of business analysis, data analysis, and technical skills to generate a deep understanding of our customers' digital interactions
• Proficiency with digital analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics) and database querying (e.g., SQL, Snowflake) to synthesize data from disparate sources
• Experience in designing and developing data visualizations and dashboards (e.g., Tableau)
• Natural intellectual curiosity and initiative for learning new skills and capabilities
• Bachelor's degree required. MBA or an MS degree in a quantitative / technical field such as Business or Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics a plus

The Team

We are looking for an accomplished, collaborative, and creative analytics professional to join the Advanced Analytics and Customer Insights team, supporting Fidelity's Digital Channels. Your subject matter expertise in analytics will play a critical role in optimizing a personalized digital experience for Fidelity's clients.
The base salary range for this position is $97,000-185,000 USD per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
