The Team

We're seeking a BI development professional who brings creativity, curiosity, and collaboration to the table, someone eager to lead data-driven initiatives grounded in strong hypotheses and business relevance. This role requires more than reporting outcomes; we're looking for a thinker who relentlessly pursues the why behind the data to uncover root causes and drive meaningful impact. As part of CKSI (Customer Knowledge & Strategic Insights), you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams across both product domains and core business operations. You will have the guidance and support of our senior Tableau SMEs. This is an individual contributor role.

This position will be based in Smithfield, RI, Merrimack, NH or Westlake, TX.

The Expertise and The Skills You Bring

• 2 years+ of demonstrated ability in data analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence ideally using Tableau

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative / technical field such as Data or Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Marketing. MBA or MS degree a plus

• Tableau Certification a plus

• Proficient in building and publishing customized interactive reports and dashboards

• Acquainted with the creation and use of semantic layers - knowledge of AtScale a plus

• Experience with connecting to and writing complex SQL against relational database technologies - ideally Snowflake

• Must have strong consultative, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work with a variety of colleagues, including Product Owners and the Engineering community, to ensure the best dashboarding solutions are delivered

• Full life-cycle methodology including change management processes and ensuring changes are properly tested and migrated to production

• Familiarity with working in an Agile development environment using tools like JIRA and Confluence

• Exceptional verbal/written communication and presentation skills

Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
