The Role
We are seeking a Manager, Data Analytics and Insights to support our data-driven research efforts. This role requires expertise in research and data analysis. The Manager will guide a team in gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing data to drive business decisions and insights that shape our strategy and operations. This is a critical role that will influence and support executive decision-making and drive company growth through evidence-based research.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's degree. Post-graduate qualification preferred
- 4+ years of meaningful work experience in data analysis, secondary research, value-added knowledge services analysis, and insight-building
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, etc.) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Understanding of digital data landscape
- Understanding of Fidelity business lines
- Experience in a strategic consulting environment a plus
- Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive research strategy that aligns with business goals
- Ability to create and summarize large and complex data, generate relevant business questions and insights, and communicate findings in a clear manner
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong work ethic in terms of time management, ownership of project and client's objective
- Able to work independently with a high degree of professional maturity
- Have an affinity for learning new skills and capabilities
- Demonstrated interest or experience in the financial services industry
- Knowledge of online databases such as Morningstar Direct, Capital IQ, Pitchbook, etc. a plus
- AI/ML knowledge is a plus
The Team
Fidelity Consulting ('FC') consists of ~100 top talent strategy consultants who work across the Fidelity enterprise to inspire, identify, and define new paths for Fidelity's future. The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$153,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
