In this role, you'll lead efforts to transform legacy systems into resilient, cloud-ready architectures that enable innovation at scale. You will collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams to drive modernization, stability, and continuous improvement. What you have
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of related progressive software engineering experience including hands-on coding and architectural design; BS/MS degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience modernizing enterprise platforms, including API development, microservices, and cloud-native engineering.
- Proficiency in .NET Core/.NET 8+, C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core.
- Experience designing and delivering distributed systems and containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and operational excellence.
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments, including leading SCRUM teams and iterative delivery.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and platform migration or modernization initiatives.
- Knowledge of SQL Server and relational data modeling fundamentals.
- Understanding of engineering best practices related to security, performance optimization, and platform resilience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- Experience leading engineering teams or large-scale transformation programs.
- Advanced experience in event-driven architecture, observability platforms, and API-first frameworks.
- Background in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-influence skills across technical and non-technical groups.
- Certifications such as Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Data Engineer.
- Experience fostering innovation, driving continuous improvement, and mentoring engineering talent.
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
