The Team
Fidelity Wealth's Customer Insights & Offerings is a newly established function, bringing customer analytics and wealth management offerings even closer together. The team is responsible for understanding the needs and behaviors of Fidelity Wealth's customers and their families and developing offerings and solutions that meet their needs throughout their lifetime.
The Specialty Savings & Lending product area manages the following products and capabilities:
Products
- Cash Management Account (CMA)
- Retail Health Savings Account (RHSA)
- Education Savings (529)
- Securities Backed Line of Credit (SBLOC)
- Custodial Account (UTMA/UGMA)
- Attainable Savings Account (ABLE)
- Mortgage
- Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC)
Capabilities
- Bill Pay
- Direct Deposit
- Checks
- Cash Manager
- FDIC Sweep Program
The Expertise You Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA a plus) and at least 5+ years of experience in product strategy, consulting or similar background.
- Demonstrated experience in determining and achieving long range (1 yr/3yr/5yr) plans for your product.
- Strong analytical skills--data drives your decisions.
- Exceptional ability to partner with stakeholders and other product leaders.
- You are a problem solver.
- Experience within Financial Services industry would be a plus, but not a prerequisite.
Role Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Product Area Leader, the Offering Lead is accountable for the defining the long-term vision for scaling each product to maximize value-add to our customers and retail businesses, considering value proposition, service model, pricing, distribution, prioritization and capacity constraints
- Complete competitive analyses on an ongoing basis across our products and capabilities to understand emerging trends and determine needed features and/or enhancements
- Work closely with key partners (e.g., analytics team to turn data insights into opportunities and recommendations, research team to understand the needs and perceptions of our customers, product teams to partner in the design of end-to-end customer experiences)
- Partner with Product and Capability Leaders to understand gaps and customer pain points
- Evaluate viability and value of potential new products or features
- Build business cases for new products or features to ensure appropriate prioritization
- Craft strong presentations to achieve consensus with multiple stakeholders
- Ensure strategic alignment with broader organizational objectives
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
