Description
At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. In Oracle enterprise performance management at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for enterprise performance management solutions using Oracle technologies. You will collaborate with clients to assess their performance management needs, design and implement Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. Working in this area, you will also provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Oracle enterprise performance management tools, helping clients improve their financial planning and analysis processes and achieve their performance objectives.Driven by curiosity, you are a reliable, contributing member of a team. As part of the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management team you will contribute to impactful projects that drive financial performance and strategic planning. As an Associate you will focus on learning and supporting senior staff while developing your skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role offers the chance to build meaningful client connections and deepen your technical knowledge in EPM tools, all within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Proven leadership in budgeting and forecasting practices
- Demonstrating technical implementation of EPM tools (Enterprise Planning, Budgeting Cloud Services, Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Service, Enterprise Data Management Cloud Services, Account Reconciliation Cloud Services, and Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Services)
- Managing account reconciliations and financial reporting
- Developing general Oracle EPM configuration skills
- Utilizing cloud-based collaboration and project management tools
- Excelling in communication through MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
