Description

These individuals combine technical experience with creative thinking to deliver innovative software products and solutions. In product management, you will be the general manager of commercial and internal products. You will sit at the intersection of the business, user experience, and the technologies that solve our customer and end-user problems; confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth. You will design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, maintenance of the product or product line. For commercial products, it also includes commercialization, go-to-market planning, sales, and other key business support activities.Driven by curiosity, you are a reliable, contributing member of a team. In our fast-paced environment, you are expected to adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting varying challenges and scope. As part of the Software, Product & Innovation team you will contribute to the ideation and development of innovative software products that enhance client experiences. As an Associate you will focus on learning and supporting project tasks while building meaningful connections with clients and team members, navigating complex challenges that foster personal and professional growth.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year of experience

The salary range for this position is: $61,000 - $100,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
