Description
At PwC, our people in data and analytics engineering focus on leveraging advanced technologies and techniques to design and develop robust data solutions for clients. They play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. In data engineering at PwC, you will focus on designing and building data infrastructure and systems to enable efficient data processing and analysis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions.Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity, you are comfortable when the path forward isn't clear, you ask questions, and you use these moments as opportunities to grow.

The Opportunity
As part of the Data and Analytics Engineering team you will design and build innovative data analytics solutions that meet client needs. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain exemplary standards while building meaningful client relationships. This role offers the chance to deepen your technical knowledge and navigate increasingly complex situations, all while contributing to impactful projects that drive the firm's success.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college.
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science, Technology Mathematics, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Engineering preferred
- Demonstrating proficiency in designing data analytics solutions
- Delivering innovative data integration for various scenarios
- Advising on data models and architectures
- Working with our local and Global teams to align and integrate our data solutions with other initiatives
- Creating dashboards for clear information presentation
- Assisting in the adoption of new data platforms
- Performance tuning for enhanced user experience
- Communicating complex data solutions effectively
- Working experience with databases, and their modeling, querying and integration options, including relational (SQL), multi-dimensional (MDX) and tabular (DAX), Alteryx

The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $187,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
