Description
At PwC, our people in property management focus on providing strategic advice and solutions for clients in the real estate industry, helping them optimise their property portfolios and maximise returns. These individuals handle property acquisitions, leasing, asset management, and development projects. In physical security management at PwC, you will focus on confirming the safety and protection of people, assets, and information through the implementation and management of physical security measures. You will utilise risk assessments, security system design, and emergency response planning in your work.Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate. You are expected to solve through complexity, ask thoughtful questions, and clearly communicate how things fit together. Your ability to develop and sustain high performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, and your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our Firm.

The Opportunity
As part of the Physical Security team you will lead the development and implementation of security processes to protect organizational assets and validate operational safety. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your strategic advising skills and influence to drive project success and maintain operational excellence. This role offers the chance to innovate processes in physical security and risk management while collaborating with clients to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback.
Responsibilities
- Assess and implement impactful security solutions to mitigate risks
- Promote adherence to industry standards and recommended practices in security
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the security team
What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- At least 6 years of experience in security systems, risk management, or PwC experience

- Conducting risk assessments
- Supporting initiatives to protect organizational assets

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
