The Save and Lend product area within Cash Solutions is seeking an accomplished Product Leader to lead the Cash Management Account (CMA) team. This role is pivotal in driving digital experiences and delivering committed outcomes by partnering across multiple business units. You will work with the delivery team to execute delivery of product features and releases aligned to the integrated CMA and mobile experience roadmap. This role requires leading cash management web experience and working closely with other digital experience owners for mobile experience.
This role reports to the Group Product Leader (GPL), Specialty Saving and Lending.
The Value You Deliver
As part of this leadership role, some key responsibilities will include:
- Manage and execute product roadmap, influence, inform and align product strategies with partners
- Lead product planning and continuous delivery by defining and sequencing prioritized initiatives and sub-initiatives.
- Conduct proactive research and analysis to identify new and existing feature opportunities, sharing recommendations with the GPL and partners.
- Leverage product management discipline and technical acumen to maintain prioritized product backlog.
- Contribute to KPIs for products and product groups, as defined by the Product Area Leader (PAL), GPL, and engineering leadership.
- Design and execute experiments to validate customer value, iterating based on user feedback and data insights.
- Measures success & delivery output with enterprise delivery metrics and product value outcome metrics
- Lead quarterly strategic initiative reviews and planning, Scrum of Scrums (for cross-team execution), and monitor product-related metrics.
- Provide input to functional leaders on talent acquisition and planning, including resource needs, skill requirements, team composition, and capacity planning
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technical product management, with a strong track record of enabling product development and delivery.
- Demonstrated technical acumen to translate and define requirements for digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Proven ability to build partnerships in a highly matrixed, cross-functional environment.
- Strong background in developing, executing, and managing digital products and platforms.
- Ability to handle multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities, balancing the needs of Cash Solutions and key partners
- Skilled at influencing, and motivating colleagues without formal authority, and have a track record of building successful teams
- Ability to break down complex product initiatives into clear, concise epics with defined business value and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to run a highly diverse, non-co-located agile team
- Experience working on web and mobile experiences plus
