Our Production Support team is central to maintaining resilient systems, where we come together as talented people and technology to drive innovation, scale and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, with 5+ year of Cybersecurity Experience.
• Provide production support for the IAM team, focusing on troubleshooting connector issues, monitoring and resolving data problems, and debugging approval requests.
• Work with IAM products such as OIM, IIQ, and PING.
• Create and execute queries in Oracle DB.
• Act as a liaison between onsite and offshore teams.
• Document SOPs and provide knowledge transfer (KT)
• Administer IAM systems daily and resolve related issues.
• Review policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotation and support SOX/PCI audit activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for identity provisioning and single sign-on issues.
• Support internal partners with standard control operations and process improvements, identifying risks for escalation.
• Collaborate with peer groups to achieve organizational objectives. Ensure technical document delivery and hands-on technical support.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and proactively identify solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, with 5+ year of Cybersecurity Experience.
• Experience with IAM products such as OIM, IIQ, and PING.
• 1 year+ of Schwab technology domain experience gained as a current or recent contractor or employee
