Your role
Are you truly service oriented? Do you know how to take care of people? We're looking for a Client Associate to:
• keep management systems up-to-date with client information
• educate clients on account services and capabilities
• help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
• plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
• provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

Detailed salary information:
• Irvine: the salary range for this role is $65000 to $75000

Your team
As a Client Associate in our Irvine office, you'll play an important role to both our clients and our financial advisors. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve, and grow the wealth of our clients through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.

Your expertise
•series 7 and 66 licenses (preferable)
•financial services experience - ideally within a client facing team or years of experience in client service within the finance sector.
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a focus on business.
•excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as organization skills
•attention to detail
•team player with pleasant interpersonal skills, works with absolute discretion, tactfulness, and adaptability to changing demands
