Your role

We're looking for a Registered Client Associate:
• support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
• be point-of-entry contact for clients with account queries or orders, stock orders, payments, etc.
• assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities
• support with documentation for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals and the like
• collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements

• Irvine: the salary range for this role is $60000 to $70000

Your team
You'll be working as part of a UBS team in Irvine. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them.

Your expertise
• series 7 and 66 licenses.
• ideally 2+ years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• Collaborative in nature with a proactive mindset and willingness to lead
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
