• onboard and maintain client accounts, process deposits and distributions

Your team
This position operates within a team based support model. While you will have defined primary advisor responsibilities, you will also receive backup support from experienced Client Associates, and you will provide backup coverage in return. This approach ensures continuity for clients and a manageable, supported workload for the team.

Your expertise
You have:
- bachelor's degree or equivalent, focusing on finance, communication, or business
- series 7 and 66 licenses or willingness to obtain after hire
- Ideally 5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector.
- Strong organizational and time management skills

You are:
- Able to prioritize and shift focus when needed
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
