In regulatory risk compliance at PwC, you will focus on confirming adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigating risks for clients. You will provide guidance on compliance strategies and help clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes.Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate. You are expected to solve through complexity, ask thoughtful questions, and clearly communicate how things fit together. Your ability to develop and sustain high performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, and your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our Firm.

The Opportunity
As part of the Regulatory Risk and Compliance team you are going to provide compliance-related consulting services within the healthcare industry. As a Senior Manager you are going to leverage your influence and knowledge to deliver quality results, maintaining operational excellence and senior-level client interaction. You are also responsible for building trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems, and representing the firm in community organizations.

- Utilize specialized knowledge to achieve premium-quality outcomes
- Maintain operational excellence and engage with clients at a senior level
- Build trust with teams and stakeholders through open communication
- Motivate and coach teams to tackle complex issues
- Represent the firm in community organizations
- Innovate processes to improve project success
- Lead large projects with a focus on strategic advising
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years of experience

- Master of Business Administration preferred
- Proficiency in corporate compliance and healthcare regulations
- Developing and assessing corporate compliance programs
- Leading client-facing consulting teams and facilitating projects
- Managing multiple, complex projects with large staff teams
- Advising clients on compliance issues and regulatory interpretation
- Creating a positive environment and providing meaningful feedback
- Leveraging project management and facilitation skills
- Communicating propositions and managing project workflow
The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
