Senior Consultant, Fidelity Consulting
The Role
As a member of the Fidelity Consulting (FC) team, this role sits in a collaborative, fast-paced, and innovative environment at Fidelity Investments! You will be immersed in unique project environments, develop and learn from leaders, while solving some of our most critical business issues. The Senior Consultant drives projects that seek to tackle Fidelity's most pressing business challenges. This position will: own and deliver discreet analyses and research, contribute to breakdown and synthesis of problems, and offer perspectives into a broader business conversation.
The Expertise & Skills you bring
- You hold an MBA.
- You have 5-10 years of work experience, including pre-MBA experience; prior management consulting experience is strongly preferred, and financial services industry experience is a plus.
- Analytically minded with excellent communication skills
- Ability to add value to hard-working teams
- Prior management consulting, strategy, or similar experience preferred
- Strong research & analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize findings and develop practical, impactful recommendations
- Capable of communicating with and influencing Fidelity leadership through relationship-building and high-quality presentations
- Demonstrates an aim to develop creative approaches to problem solving
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity
- Can-do attitude and intellectual curiosity

The Team
Fidelity Consulting ("FC") consists of ~100 top talent strategy consultants who work across the Fidelity enterprise to inspire, identify, and define new paths for Fidelity's future. Fidelity Consulting addresses strategic challenges and opportunities with thoughtful, rigorous, and provocative points of view by attracting diverse top talent and developing them into Fidelity's future leaders. We deliver value in a variety of ways, from leading small group projects focused on growth and innovation, to consulting on enterprise-wide initiatives. As a part of the FC team, you will gain exposure to a wide variety of strategic business challenges - preparing you for increasing leadership roles and advancing your career.
The base salary range for this position is $89,000-180,000 USD per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
