The Treasury Capital Analytics & Reporting team is situated in the Treasury department. The team is responsible for both Capital Stress Testing (CST) and monthly benchmark capital forecast as well as the on-time comprehensive submission of the annual CCAR FRY-14A form. In addition, the team is also responsible to build/maintain the Treasury ALM/Capital forecast data repository infrastructure, develop the end-to-end analytical/reporting platform and implement/execute the forecast automation to support the capital forecast. This position will be primarily responsible to support CCAR data repository, CCAR filing production, develop/enhance the automated comprehensive data flow and quality check process, implement the data standards, procedures, data governance oversight, and build the analytic solutions and develop reporting intelligence for the regulatory filing.

What you have
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in related data management and analytical fields
- Proficiency in data analytics and knowledge in the large enterprise Database with strong SQL skills, Experience in Alteryx and Tableau is a plus.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong understanding and background of financial reporting
- Strong attention to details, Strong critical thinkings and problem resolution skills. As well as Ability to prioritize work and successfully manage multiple competing deliverables under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Asset Liability Management is a plus.
- Basic understanding of financial institutions
- Proactive, collaborative, and effective in fast-paced environments.
What you'll do:
This role provides a terrific opportunity for someone who has a strong business knowledge in financial industry and technical aptitude in delivering solid solutions for regulatory reporting and data analytics.
- Maintain and enhance FR Y14A data processes and develop solutions and analytical frameworks to enable automation of data processes and regulatory reporting processes.
- Maintain the CCAR capital model data repository, data elements definitions, authorized data sources, and data access authorization, create data quality controls and standards, data mapping and lineage, data processes and operational procedure steps, as well as data governance oversight in compliance with the enterprise data policy and the CCAR standards
- Perform data quality checks and reconciliation, document various data governance roles and responsibilities within the detailed data steps and data processes.
- Manage and update the CCAR capital model technical white paper to ensure meeting Schwab model risk management requirements and standards.
- Work alongside business partners to evaluate/understand the key forecast assumptions, key data inputs driving CST and BAU NIR and capital forecast and the associated system/data dependencies.
- Conduct data analysis to identify potential data issues, and to ensure data integrity and accuracy for the CCAR regulatory reporting. Address and communicate critical data issues for timely remediation and resolution.
- Possess strong data analytics skills and proficient database system knowledge to define business requirements for the design of technology solutions and implementation to support integration of large data from disparate systems/sources in compliance with the data governance/control policy and standard.
- Lead the process excellence processes on automation of the FRY14A data and regulatory reporting processes and streamline the CCAR Capital Model production processes to achieve operation efficiency.
- Strong project management skills to collaborate with the technology team for data sourcing, data integration, data transformation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
